I've always liked this easy-to-use app but for the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to sign in, rendering it useless. I miss being able to use it to check in, especially, along with the calendar feature. Additional: When I try to log in it says I have the incorrect email or pswd but I can access my online account just fine so that is not the problem. I have tried resetting the pswd and I also uninstalled/reinstalled the app but that didn't fix it, either. Thanks for the help!

Hi Kellie, this sounds like the app isn't connecting to the Gym database correctly, are you able to see what the app says if you try to use the get my login option instead of just trying to login. If it looks like it's still not working from there I would recommend checking in with the Gym as it sounds like that might have a setting turned off

my friend recommend me, Richmond location, went there, ask for trial, the guy at reception desk charged 31$ for trial. while the guy who recommend me told me it will be 3 days trial free and he got that as well before going for 1 month subscription. I end up paying full month which is 75$ and joining club is 50$ because for 1 day trial is almost half of monthly subscription. I am canceling services next month. they just looking to take your money nothing else. better find some other gym.
As we are the software provider and not the gym itself we can't really control this sort of behaviour, we'd recommend bring this up to the gym in question as we are just the management software the gym is using.

Hi, since about 9th March I only get a black screen when logging into the member portal app. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling many times without success. I had the latest version of the app. Can you please advise.

The team has pushed out a potential fix for this that should be available within the next 48 hours, when you see the update is available please update the app as this should resolved this issue.
