My issue is finally resolved after almost a month and it may not have been pocketmags fault for my issue and more on the publisher of the magazine but I am not going to be purchasing anymore mags from this app. Sorry. PS. You can keep the "free issues" you gave me as a sorry to a magazine I don't want. Help desk issues, in my email they had "back problems" Take the free issues you want to give me for a magazine I didn't ask for and stick them up your A to help with your weak spine.
Very flakey Frequently crashes my Samsung tablet whilst downloading, at which point the only recovery I have found is to delete all the data and cache . All of the back issues then need to be downloaded again, this is so bloody tedious. When it works it's great (I take all my magazines with me as I'm away from home for long periods) however it rarely works properly. I will bin it when all my subscriptions have expired. Rubbish!
Issue resolved I love the idea of getting high quality resolution magazines in my Samsung Note 4.

Very poor customer service I had previously bought single issues of magazines without an issue but could not access two subscriptions. Pocket mags responded to my first email with a fix which did not work and ignored all other emails. This is very poor customer service and I have asked google play for a refund
Poor customer service Magazine only half downloaded but money taken readily. Two weeks on problem still not resolved and emails requesting help most often ignored.
