Annual subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will start from the latest issue.

-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through Google Play Account settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.

Ratings and reviews

Awful, awful app. There is no way for me to redownload the numerous issues I have bought previously, nowhere to sign in. The help button just leads to the general SW site. The app has never been great, but at least I could read the content I'd paid for - not so now. Truly terrible app, I expect better from an organisation like SW. Certainly puts me off spending another single penny with them, and with a journey of over 20 years with them, I've spent a lot.

Good access to a digital copy of the magazine. It would be nice if you could decide where to store the magazine to save space in main memory but use an SD card instead. After using for a few days I have other complaints. If reading a feature like the 7 day menu you can go to the recipe for a day. If you go back to the 7 day menu you start on Monday again. Why can't you go back to the day you were on to continue looking at the other days?

The app was working great till it got updated. Now I can't read the magazine as its saying I need to update my subscription to be able to read the magazine. I have a subscription to June 2024. The old version of the app was great you could archieve articles you wanted to keep, now you can't I can't even read the magazine
