You have just found the only app to help you identify the apartments that put the
resident experience first. And, because they prioritize a stellar resident experience, they
have a great online reputation. We built this app to help shorten your apartment
shopping list to the communities that will treat you right.
We have done the leg work for you. The app uses the ORA score, a proprietary score
developed by J Turner Research, an unbiased and independent research company
exclusively serving the apartment industry. The ORA score aggregates ratings from
many of the various online review sites into one single score. The ORA score is
presented on a scale from 0-100 and indicates the resident satisfaction of an apartment.
This score is updated monthly to ensure you see the most relevant information to help
finalize your apartment search.
