Safe, respectful, and non-violent programs for children and young people: Learning how to protect children and young people in everyday life through play.

CondAct is an e-learning tool developed by the IdéeSport Foundation. It teaches teams in sports, leisure, and other program settings how to protect themselves from boundary violations in a playful and accessible way. Staff, managers, and other participants use the app to learn the behavioral standards defined by their organization. The most common risk situations in the workplace are identified and supplemented with appropriate action guidelines. Videos convey the content in a practical way. Interactive quizzes and challenges help to review and reinforce what has been learned. In this way, CondAct strengthens the protection of participants and supports staff in acting confidently in challenging situations.
