We've been using this app for about 18 months. It was great until recently. Not sure what was done, but we only get playback errors on ALL of the content now when going through our internet. Can't watch it at all on Roku, tablets or phones. I checked with our provider and there are no issues on their end. So it has something to do with whatever "upgrades" wgn (Nexstar) did. Nexstar hasn't answered my email to try to resolve the issue. Very frustrating!!!

I don't understand why I'm always pushed to open a browser window to view the live stream. That should be available in the app. And then when I open the browser and wait through the pop-up ad, and then the mandatory 1-2 other ads, there is no Chromecast icon, so I'm struck trying to watch it in a browser. What's the point of having a 'watch live' option in the app? Not at all an ideal streaming experience.

Stopped using it after enjoying it for many years. As another reviewer notes, a live stream basically goes to sleep on you after a few minutes. This never happened before, and I haven't made any changes to settings on my phone. And no, I'm not about to change my sleep settings on my entire phone when this is literally the only video-streaming app that falls asleep on my phone!
