The old app worked great for me, but everything about the new app has been a problem. First, finding the app itself was a problem as it did not show up on the Google Play Store. I finally tracked it down, but now it won't recognize my account information! I have had this account open for literally 20 years, so I can guarantee that all the information I provided was correct. And due to my work schedule, I haven't been able to call for help during their limited hours. So no access for over a week!

Hi Kelly - We are sorry you couldn't find the app. Unfortunately, we have to rely on the PlayStore search, but there's a link on our website. You don't need to enter your account information, as that's an optional field. After your username and SSN, you only need 3 of 5 items. Try using three credentials, but not your account number.

edited: issue has been fixed!! why is there no description or name from where money is spent? I have to go to the actual website on my phone now to verify which store money is spent at or which bill has cleared. makes no sense.
