Tri Counties Bank app is Wonderful! Very Helpful! The Bank Staff were all very Professional and helpful to me. I was able to 'quickly' start a Checking & Savings Account, which took less than 30 minutes! Other Banks, nearby, wanted to take at least an hour to start an account? And I would have to make an appointment. With a minimum balance of $300. Tri Counties Bank Staff only wanted $25 to open my account! And I had just walked in off the streets. They initially had traded me some coins. THANKS

Everything on this app is complicated it never updates you can't change anything or sort anything the online part has the options that are more needed then when you go online it won't remember you and you can't go back. Also it doesn't show you Everytime you do any kind of transaction or withdrawal. My push notifications are way way late all the time and they send me like 10 of them. I seriously want to move to another bank because of it

Constantly requiring updates and can't access alot of the time. As of July the app has been improved in such a way, I can't see my account balance unless I go thru the transfer funds window. I am completely unable to see my account hitstory. The main menu keeps trying to force me to link my account with other financial institutions. I really dislike this app that I have had no problems with for years, until now. I may be forced to change banks.
