It worked well at first. Pairing the app to the device was easy. But now the app has stopped working. I get an "internet connection failure" message even when I try to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have power cycled my phone. None of these fixes have made the app work again. At least the robot can vacuum even without the app, but I have no way of knowing if it is stuck on something without the app sending notifications now.

The server for the United States was not working properly. I have been emailing tech support, They are currently fixing it, and my robot vacuums are up and running with the app again. I am very pleased! Connected instantly and some updating(2 so far), and all parts of the app seem to be working as well. I almost gave up and returned them, but tech responded and acted on fixing the issues fast. I have 2 ollies-p and they vacuum extremely well and respond to my settings perfectly. My pets r happy2

This app is great with the vacuum. Instructions in the app are clear. One problem is that the Wi-Fi connection is sometimes a little testy but it does the job.
