About this app

In the Min Læge app, you can easily contact your general practitioner on behalf of both yourself and your children, and you get access to health data registered about you and your children.

With the Min Læge app, you get access to the following:

- Information about and easy access to your GP: See address, contact details, opening hours and possible holiday replacement. You can also call the clinic directly from the app
- Information and easy access to the doctor's office: Call the emergency medical service in your region (which is open for urgent inquiries outside your GP's opening hours)
- Video consultations: Hold a video consultation with your general practitioner from, for example, your home
- E-consultations: Ask questions and get answers from your general practitioner by sending an e-consultation
- Appointment: Book an appointment or cancel a booked appointment with your general practitioner - the appointment can be a video consultation, for example
- Agreements: Get an overview of your upcoming and previous appointments in the entire healthcare system
- Medication: View your current and previous medications and request the renewal of prescriptions for medications
- Test answer: See results on selected samples
- Vaccinations: See your and your children's vaccinations
- References: See current and previous referrals from your general practitioner and easily find the desired therapist if you need to book an appointment with, for example, a specialist in private practice
- Diagnoses and course plans: See any diagnoses and course plans. If you have a progression plan for type 2 diabetes, you can access a function where you test and guess your own blood sugar
- Your children's health data: See i.a. your children's e-consultations, appointments, vaccinations and medicines
- Questionnaires: Answer questionnaires. If you are pregnant, for example, you can answer a questionnaire before your first pregnancy consultation with your GP
- Performance messages: Read more about your contact with your general practitioner

VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
One of the app's many functions is video consultations, which allow you to sit, for example, at home and talk to your own doctor over the screen. In order to have a video consultation, you must have a scheduled appointment with your doctor about this. When you book an appointment, you can ask if the consultation can take place on video. Please note, however, that it will always be the doctor who assesses whether the medical examination requires your physical presence at the clinic.

MEDICINE
Another of the app's features is the ability to view your and your children's current and previous medications and request the renewal of prescriptions for medications.

SEE YOUR TEST ANSWERS
In the Min Læge app, it is also possible to see your test results for a large selection of tests - e.g. blood tests.

Ratings and reviews

I don't know why it's not possible to just answer the doctors e-mail or continue the e-mail thread - I always have to start a new message. Also something about video consulting is not working, as we were logged in and waiting, but the doctor could not see we were there and ended up sending us a meeting link in sms. I would also like to be able to delete messages that have not been answered to, as it became irrelevant.

The app is missing the option to control which language the user wants. It seems to take phone language, which for me is English (easier to find help online to phone settings in English than Danish). Having the app default to English, with no option of changing it, is really inconvenient. It makes it that much more difficult when discussing medical issues in Danish, and suddenly needing to translate to English in the app. Please introduce language option in the future.

Difficult to access, too many wrong attempts n then it correct, doesn't work as it should, only after a few attempts. Although, set to English, doesn't happen n no forward choice to change language, should have its own icon. Also, if notification is sent to addresses, where is the message on the app, it should blink at you as the first thing or here it is. Nothing.... So frustrating that you have to look for it n you find old message. Duh
