Very easy to use banking app. Can check balances, make payments, all from the app. the only thing I wish it could do was for me to be able to assign categories to payments/accounts so that I can analyse my expenditure more easily.

I can't even start the app, it just opens the fraud webpage on my browser, and doesn't let me progress past that. I've tried it on an old phone that was factory reset and the behaviour is exactly the same.

Without question THE ethical bank...stands way beyond ANY high street bank. Easy to use, great app, Google pay, bank card, savings and ISA. friendly and helpful service team. Take responsibility for what your money is funding and get an account!!!
