Ratings and reviews

Why did u change the layout and buttons just before holidays? It was working fast with the swipe to side edit button, with saves at the bottom to be moved upwards into the itinerary dates. Now it's very difficult to edit and get an overview of the locations, fav and unfav not convinent, where are the saved/not planned list? the pictures in the app and computer are too big, slowing down scrolling to edit! Bring back fast edit!!!

This app is slowly getting better (3 stars). It used to be a useful resource when traveling (5 stars!), then it released a new app that was way too buggy to even bother (2 stars, at best). It's kinda sad to see the once great Trip Advisor amount to this. Even now, while adding a new or missing place has gotten better, it still needs a dedicated page to place the new listing's location map pinpointer; and review photos are still posting with incorrect orientation (sideways, upside down).

I love TripAdvisor for reviews, finding restaurants and things to do in new cities, and booking tours. The app is easy to use and the overall quite good. However it can be glitchy lately with photos not loading on Android. I'm also really hoping they'll bring back the ability to have multiple users add to shared trips (instead of only the creator now being able to add items and others just being able to view the list); my husband and I used that feature all the time and loved it!
