I absolutely love TripAdvisor and their app. They’re always offering fresh, exciting activities, tours, and experiences to choose from. There are plenty of operators, time slots, and price points, so it’s easy to find something that fits perfectly. Their money‑back guarantee is another huge plus. It’s a 10/10 experience for me every single time.

I've used TripAdvisor forever to plan trips, find the best restaurants, etc. It's been my go-to source for every trip I've taken or just to discover new things to do or restaurants around me. I'm uninstalling it as of today. It is no longer user friendly at all. You have to put in a location from the start and sometimes I just know the name but not the exact location. It was a good run and I loved having the "my trips" saved as a timeline for me to remember my trips so I'll really miss it.

Not feeling the new app. When you use to search for things to do, they would actually give you a list of things to do, very helpful! Now you get some weird "social media" page of pictures and videos people posted about that location. NOT HELPFUL! It's like they're trying to keep up with social media platforms like Instagram. If I want a social media page, I'd go to my IG account! Stick to your purpose! Helping people find helpful info on travel destinations.
