Ratings and reviews

Used the app for years, then after a recent update it suddenly can't get past the login page. I've contacted support on my many occasions but they just say wait for another update. It's now been three updates since, and I still can't log in. How many more do you guys need ? And don't bother replying telling me to contact support, I've had it with that. EDIT: Tried again in March 2025, still can't log in and Tripit support have left me for dead. I shan't bother with it any more.

It's OK, but piss poor account management. The app works alright if you send your travelling bookings to the plans email. But the biggest issue is syncing the password between the mobile app and their website. If I try to reset the password, the reset link goes to their Web app, and it doesn't seem to sync with the Android app. I tried resetting from my laptop and it worked but then I couldn't log back in. It's pretty poor. But as a free app, I'll probably keep it for now.

it's a great app, allows you to have a central storage for all hotels and travel plans, especially when they are complex like mine usually are. But it fails to ease my singular pain point, and that is to be able to see what my travel plans are WHEN I DONT HAVE INTERNET. Unless someone can let me know how to make the app remain active in offline mode I struggle to make use of it while travelling.
