The "VOC Cards" application is part of the care pathway for patients treated with oral chemotherapy. It contributes to strengthening the city-hospital link by responding to a request from liberal professionals; it is also a reliable and easily accessible source of information for the patient.
In just a few clicks, the application allows you to download, print and share summary sheets for the attention of healthcare professionals and patients (also available in English for Patient sheets).
- Information contained in the sheets for the attention of professionals: reminder of the indications in the Marketing Authorization, presentation of the galenic form, conditions of prescription and dispensing, usual dosages and need for adaptation, methods of taking, monitoring and specific examinations to be practiced, description and consequence of major drug interactions, action to be taken according to the grade of the manifested adverse effect.
- Information contained in the sheets for the attention of patients: general presentation of the drug, reminders on the storage and handling conditions, modalities and plan for taking the drug, what to do in the event of forgetting or vomiting of the drug, contraceptive methods during and after treatment, hygiene and dietetic advice and what to do according to the undesirable effect experienced.
