Hello, the Tron wallet application, as shown in the image, promised to deposit 300 Tron per person in exchange for inviting people and installing it. Over the past three years, I have received 6,500 Tron for inviting friends from this application. Recently, this application has removed the section on inviting friends and the reward received in its new update. For a while the app on Android and on apple as well has connection problems. I can't use just lend or transfer to other wallets or exchangers. On my pc with chrome browser and tron extension everything still works fine.

Dear Support, I am unable to recover my wallet. The system indicates that the 12 recovery words are incorrect, even though I carefully noted them down at the time of creation. You must have at least one of the following: keystore, private key and mnemonic phrases to regain access to your account, otherwise no one can restore the account under any circumstances.
