so many issues the app has been down for days. i couldnt use it to pay and since thats the only way...i couldnt get my rewards. i have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my rewards that i earned to be put on to my account...and now the app is completely down...and no one will get back to me. super disappointed ad i love tsc...and since i am a loyal customer...i should be getting my rewards without so much effort.
Low quality Forgot to use my app, contacted them via email, I submitted an image of my receipt as they requested for proof of purchase and I still haven't received credit. Back button doesn't work properly while ordering. Location issues.
Charges come super late! It's great that I can just carry my phone and walk to the nearest location. But it charged my card like 2 weeks later for the 4 trips... I'm glad I keep my bank account legit because it could have caused problems.
Confusing too many submenus. This application is confusing. Too many submenus. I want to select my location order and pay. Theres about 6 steps you have to complete before you can complete an order. This app needs to be streamlined. It does work, but its frustrating.
Not useful This app needs some serious work. It won't even save your local TS. I have to choose it every time I look at the menu or go between menu items.
Constant location usage after a recent update of the app is causing rapid battery drain on my phone even when the app isn't open. I've disabled the location permission for the app, but now the online ordering capability doesn't load. Please fix!
