Points not being added after placing an order through the app. I had to contact support to receive points for my last 4 orders. Then support gave me additional points for the inconvenience, but those points were not added to my account. All points show earned in my account history, but aren't showing under my available points, therefore, I can't use the points I earned towards purchases. It's how's 0 points when I should have at least 1800. Smh!

You have yet to make the layout of the app dynamic for foldable devices. It still does not scale correctly, and there are buttons and text that are cut off due to the scaling issue on the Main Display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6. Please add dark mode support!! Dark mode has been a feature of Android since version 9.0, we're going into version 15!! There is no reason why you should be this far behind with supporting foldables with a tablet layout and supporting dark mode. It's unacceptable.

Whatever your most recent update did, messed up the entire app - errors all throughout the ordering process. And at the end I got charged twice for a single order with an error message along the lines of "payment has been made, but your order has not been placed"?! Who even approved such a message? Why would you take my money and then decline to place the order?
