Opened a claim on the 27th September and today on the 18th October it was settled. It would have been a week earlier but I took my time finding a repair shop. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. One tip however would be to remember to download the app to another device as well as the one you're insuring and remember your details. I broke the device that had the app on it and struggled to access my account for a couple of days. Still a great way to insure your valuables.
Would be nice to see the change log in the what's new bit with every update
Concept of on demand insurance is good where one can take an insurance and withdraw when ever we require, but the real problem is claim process where as it shows as simple but a dam time consuming process. One have to submit claim and next day they ask for more details and after submitting details you need to wait for a next day if they require more information give them and then wait for next day. One day one communication. Disappointed with the claim process
Downloaded recently. Was easy to set up and navigate the app. But haven't made a claim so not sure how easy that is to do or how fast they are
Won't quote because it says my device is jailbroken. It's a brand new phone straight out of the box and I don't jailbreak or root my devices so not sure what's going on here...
