App is completely broken. Has been for over a year. I've had 3 phones in this time, and several complete reinstalls of the app, and it still will not let me log in. I enter my info, and it just spins forever. Updating March of 2024. New phone, 2 years later and it is STILL broken. They seem to actively not care about their customers. I'm in the process of moving my account away from them, and will NEVER be back.

Never used the app but dealing with T Rowe Price itself is a nightmare. Update: used app and deleted with 60 seconds, it's bad. Basically no functionality, makes sense given my previous experience with the company. Zero stars Update: 2 years later, forgot I wrote this review, tried app again and I can't login. Also can't login to the URL, just enter the code sent to phone and nothing happens. Glad I've got my retirement in a place that I can't access when I need to.

Cannot log in with fingerprint and login button does not work. I should not have to click enable online access and fill out a bunch of information to log into an app because you refuse to update the sign on button. Fix the problem! Response. Done all that! Years later , no fix. Why invest with you when you can't INVEST in your own application??? Have to work around by enabling bio that doesn't work.
