Truckers Bookkeeping Doc Manager APP is a mobile bookkeeping management system, customized for truckers, to make it easy for them to use their smartphone or tablet, to keep their books and tax compliance filings up to date and tax filings ready.
Built into the app, is a customized monthly reporting system that allows truckers to always know their operating result numbers without bookkeeping experience.

HOW IT WORKS:
Download and install the app and Click Register to create your bookkeeping manager account
Click on the Number of Trucks you operate for the bookkeeping month
Click the Pick Image link to snap selected pictures of your business papers/invoices and receipt
After adding up to five images, click the send mail link to send the files
The system will pop-up the bookkeeping fee due form which will be based on the number of trucks multiplied by the monthly bookkeeping fee, to allow you to pay by credit card and click submit when done
Once you complete and click the pay now form, the system will pop-up a payment received confirmation message with a click “ok” to confirm
Once you click the “OK” confirmation link, the system will pop-up a “Do you wish to exit link” “Yes/No message.
If you are done submitting your business papers for bookkeeping processing for the month, click the “Yes” to exit. If not and you have more invoice and/or receipts to enter, click No to continue entering more.
At the end of each bookkeeping process month, the built in SaaS system, will send to your phone or tablet, a set of operating result reports to allow you to always know their operating result numbers, without bookkeeping experience and without having to call an accountant
