TruckTA gives professional drivers one secure place to handle work assigned by their company.
DRIVER LOADS
Review assigned loads, vehicles, pickup and delivery details, and permitted contact information. Send authorized status updates as work moves from pickup to delivery. Without signal, updates and photos are saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
TRUCK NAVIGATION
The Map tab plans truck routes for the truck's height, width, length, weight, and axles and gives turn-by-turn voice guidance. Route all your load stops in order or build a trip with up to ten stops. The map shows truck stops, weigh stations, truck parking, diesel prices, rest areas, and National Weather Service driving alerts along the route. Drivers can report whether a weigh station is open and how full parking is; other TruckTA drivers see only the status and its age. From a load, Open route shows the road from pickup to delivery. Truck navigation covers the contiguous United States. Posted signs and restrictions always come first.
VEHICLE INSPECTIONS
When the company uses inspections, scan the VIN, take guided photos around the vehicle, mark damage on a vehicle diagram, and collect the driver and customer signatures. TruckTA produces a signed electronic BOL that you can share with the customer by text or email.
DOCUMENTS
Upload authorized BOL, POD, and load photos, or scan a multi-page document. Review driver, truck, and trailer documents and see expiration or missing-document status. This can include a driver medical-card document supplied for company qualification and compliance. TruckTA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, health monitoring, or medical-device functionality. TruckTA is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Review weekly pay estimates and settlement statements when your company makes them available.
DRIVER ALERTS
Get a notification when a load is released, updated, or canceled, when a document is about to expire, and when pay is approved or sent. Alerts can be turned off in the app at any time.
DISPATCH AND FLEET OWNERS
With the right role, company staff can review operational dashboards, coordinate loads, drivers, trucks, and trailers, and view permitted fleet locations. Fleet owners can review their trucks, drivers, loads, and settlement statements.
COMPANY FLEET LOCATION
TruckTA can share the precise location of an assigned company truck with authorized company staff. This may continue in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, after the driver sees TruckTA's disclosure and grants Android permissions. Location is used for fleet operations, not advertising. Availability depends on an active company, Driver link, current truck assignment, disclosure version, verified device session, and device settings. The initial operating scope is U.S. driver operations.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
TruckTA explains company location sharing before requesting permission. Drivers can decline the permission and still use available loads, documents, Help, account, and sign-out functions. The Map asks for location separately, only to show the truck, plan routes, and give directions. Signed-in users can request full account deletion in the app, and a web deletion request is also available.
The app is available in English, Spanish, and Russian. An active invitation or account from a participating TruckTA company is required. Features depend on company settings and user permissions.
