My employer is testing this ELD in my truck. This app is clunky and slow. At times I'm unable to change from Driving to On Duty after stopping. Have to turn off the truck and turn it back on to change. Not one bit impressed by the performance. It's way to slow to respond to touches and very basic looking. TruckX says they worked with drivers while making this software. I find that hard to believe. There's a good reason why this is free.

Thank you Rhubv. Forgive me for butchering your name, but when you read this you know who it is. He stayed on the phone with me for 1 hours and 20 minutes to correct the major issues my phone was having with the ELD device. Finally got it updated correctly and the malfunctions appear corrected. This guy never got UPSET, FRUSTRATED, ANGRY (or any other negative term you can think of) at anytime. Excellent communication and customer service support. Straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.

Mohammed Aavesh is really helpful and reliable just like all the Truck X staff... anytime I need assistance they are always kind and always there to help with any questions or log bugs... the Truck X app is the way to go... makes the drive smooth and easy to use... I recommend Truck X and all the staff to any and all Truck Drivers who wish to make log books easier to use, also enjoy the drive 👍👍
