Trust worthy? Non-independent? Its a nice app to be in touch with many local dealerships but i am sure this app is not independent from the dealerships paying to be in the search for a new car for the buyer. Buyer be aware that the dealerships most likely pay to play so there is no seperation of searching and dealerships. The app is concerned about receiving your information to buy a car and forwarding your informstion to the dealerships that are tied to this app. Competition is non-existant so far in my searches for a new car.
Good app/bad dealer experience The app is easy to use and well laid out. The true car estimate also was a good guide for my shopping. I would not click to contact dealers again though. They ranged from one good one to exceedingly aggressive; up to 4 phone calls a day or insisting that all email communications go through him and not the sales rep I met with.
You want prices? Get ready for a lot of calls. The only way to get some prices is to accept for dealers to call you. Sometimes you just want to get an idea on the market and have tons of makes and models, so just in my area there'd like hundred of dealers that call me.
Disappointed I thought I was looking for a vehicle through an unbiased site I. I was wrong. The intro said "provide us your phone and we will never call u without permission". Didn't know that meant they would sell your information to every dealer known to man as soon as u set up an account. That was NOT disclosed BEFORE completing the account. My phone WILL NOT STOP RINGING, EMAILS WON'T STOP COMING, TEXT MESSAGES WON'T STOP. I am uninstalling now. Truly disappointed.
Needs more work The biggest problem I have with this is that it would be to put my whole name and address in every time I pick your car even though I created an account it's to the point where I don't even use it. Also it needs more categories vehicle. You should be able to pick between large and small sedan or SUV.
Currently shopping for a new Honda Pilot, and used this app to get idea of what I should offer. After visiting several dealers today, I've found the pricing very inaccurate - none of the dealers would even come close to agreeing to the price this app says everybody else is supposedly paying (which was pretty reasonable, between dealer invoice and MSRP). I kinda feel like giving me an accurate price that I could stand by and buy a car at is this app's only job, and it didn't do it. Instead, I get the impression that this app was more designed to get me TO the dealer, where they could then spend hours trying to "sell" me.
