The application is terrible, and the after-sales service is awful. Mali (the chatbot) is completely useless and can't help with anything. I can't even get through the automated system when calling the call center to find a solution. Recently, the application charged me incorrectly and messed up my points again. I can't tolerate this company anymore—not just the app, but the entire service.

Put voice call add on.Plus data add on.2 separate packages.Data add on showed up.Voice call add on not show.So I put another voice call add on next day.Not show in app.But I find both went through.Terrible interface.Buggy App or not.Still not showing in app my voice call allowance after app updated.

The new app is terrible. The old app allowed you to see multiple numbers at the same time. I've now missed bills on the new app because you have to keep switching number. Now I'm trying to pay and the app is refusing all my bank cards and won't allow QR as an option to pay, which I did old app. May need to change my provider.
