Useless app. You can't even disable the package. Assistance bot is stupid as hell. Impossible to copy your own message from chat and EditText. Support service is always unavailable. The whole chat looks forked from random GitHub project. Developers promised to fix the first problem (package managing) on March. And guess what ? Nothing changed.

They steal your money while you sleep. Giving you "free" data for 24 hours if you just top up your balance. Once it's midnight, and if you forgot to buy a package they will charge the hell out of you. I lost 50 baht to enjoy "free" internet for one day. Thank you so much

Worst app, let's you refill but can't use your package, the customer service number doesn't work neither. Very bad experience and waste of time
