There is no possibility to disable additional packages in the application, which can be considered as imposition of services. Support via chat does not give any information on how to disable the package. The chat itself is laggy and completely out of line with the status of the company. Notifications that any package has ended comes after the actual end, without prior notice. Which can also be seen as a trick to increase the cost to the customer.

they sold me 30 eur sim card for 1 month that was "infinite" speed and unlimited 5g speed as they advertised it, which from their sources is more than 200mpbs, but it barely gets to 25mbps. support portal in the app does not work.

There is no cancle the subscription.It take away even tho i did not want to buy anything.Some package are useable but most of the time they just took from your bill not from package.I recharge yesterday about 300 i buy the package worth of 130+ incluse tax .I use for zoom meeting just for an hour in this morning my balance is 0 and my package does not even touch.
