Ratings and reviews

Keeps logging off. Each time, you have to sign in constantly. Also, appointment reminders did not show up at all from their system. As for the office where i had to go. There was no PRIVACY at all. They legit put me in front of the counter. ( ventanilla) Everyone in the lobby could hear everything. And i came out without the actual recertification that should have been printed. Also, the app doesn't have this feature where you could print it out. So idk what the app is for.

Good reviews must be fake. This app does not work. I previously registered using their website, but the username and password are not valid here. I tried to Sign Up again, but the system says I need 72 hours as I'm a "new user". 😒
