This app is surprisingly bad for as much effort as is likely being spent on it. There's more focus on making everything seem "pretty" than on actual functionality (e.g., the animated leaf icon while you're waiting for everything to load). You can't even get a receipt right after making a payment like you can on the website. Also, I can't figure out how to remove the original (now outdated) credit card I used to set up the account, if that's even possible using the app.

It seems like a nice app, with helpful features. But in my first several uses, it has not been intuitive, some features highlighted in the screenshots don't seem to be available, and it seems more focused on selling additional services than managing an account. I'm glad they have it, and I'll continue to use it, but I hope they can make it more user-friendly.

One star is way too generous. I was directed to this app by a sales rep to determine the time a technician would be arriving. UNFORTUNATELY that is no where to be found!! I tried setting up text notifications, put in my cell then selected push + text and an error occurred. I checked and the cell number had been cleared out. Waiting for an update to the app soon or it along with the service will be history!
