Easy to use Less cluttered than Realtor, I use the two apps together. I find what I like on Trulia. If I need more info, such as school districts, I find that on Realtor. My recommendation is to add actual school district information rather than a list of neighborhood schools (which may or may not be true to the home's school district). Note to those who can't remove a home from favorites list: go to list and click pink heart. If multiple lists you will need to click the heart on the list as well.
I like the app but a MAJOR PROBLEM I logged out of my account and it says my password was incorrect so when i tried to get a new password it always directs me to somewhere else ao i made a new account with another email of mine and its doing THE SAME THING. FIX THIS AND I WILL RATE FIVE STARS
They don't fix their issues I kept getting notifications even with the notifications off and I sent in a ticket to IT. Never got a response until I emailed in 2 weeks later saying I was going to uninstall it since they wouldn't fix the notification issue. Then they emailed me back saying it was my fault because it was out dated, which it wasn't, and saying 'but yeah there's also a notification issue, we know'. All in all there are so many apps for this you don't need this one.
Very helpful I really like this app and it has been very helpful in our house hunt. I only 2 complaints. 1- it doesn't update very quickly when a house is pending a contract. I have to check every house I like on another site to make sure it isn't pending a contract. 2-there is no way to report spam/fraudulent listings. There is nothing more frustrating than thinking you found a good house, Clicking on it & the description says "for rent."
Needs some adjustments I would rate this much higher, however, I have noticed that the map seems go be way, way off. Like completely the opposite direction from which the address or directions state. For instance, address says 1411 5th street east, it's showing in the map on the west side of town on the west side. Very misleading.
Major issues The app is fine...Trulia on the other hand is terrible. Get a real estate agent. There are tons of false listings and outdated listings on Trulia and you run some major risks of getting blindsided. Not as bad as Craigslist, but a close 2nd
