I've never had a problem using this app. I love looking at homes whether I'm in the market or not. It's fun to see what's for sale/rent around me and I love that I get a sneak peak into the homes! I've slso found my last two homes with the help of Trulia, and my real estate agent, which has become a great friend. When traveling, I can browse homes as we're driving by. The search criteria works great. I use it a lot, just for fun!
This app is falsy advertised, it's not free they ask for your contact information when your interested in a listing an want to charge you, I did reverse Google on the pictures an those are all false about the properties. Someone was actually living in one of the residence an had a 2 year lease.
Defaults to California. Also, anytime I search a specific address it gets stuck on that address and will not show any other houses. Tried reseting search to default, tried closing app, tried rebooting my phone. Only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
It was perfect until they changed the color for the crime map. The new color (blue) is awful and difficult to recognize (for at me at least). Just my 2 cents though.
Good but lately it hasn't shown houses for sale that are for sale on the map but they show up. Also, I would like the option not to have tge "legal protection" section. I don't need it.
Very good app. Has shown me a lot of places in my price range that are in my area of living as well.
• New feature! Local Legal Protections highlights, by location, the LGBT non-discrimination laws that exist for housing, employment, and public accommodations.
