Ratings and reviews

Its great accept the fact that it doesnt allow you to set the times and days you're available to receive calls. And I never get the connections. It always rings once I answer and it says someone else on my team got it yet everyone else on my team says they have the same problem. Glitches and doesn't allow you to accept showing requests, if you accept a call and it keeps ringing it will eventually put you to a Zillow agent who won't give you the persons # or email to follow up with their request

95% of the time I miss connections through the app because when it rings there's just a black screen. There's no way to answer if I open the app, and can't answer through my phone because it doesn't register the call. I checked for updates yesterday after more missed connections and there was one (again!). After updating, making sure my phone was up to date, and clearing my cache, it still hasn't been working. I'm pretty fed up.

The App seems incompatable with the firmware on my android phones. Calls ring, but can't be answered, no matter what I do. The "answer the phone" screen doesn't even appear when the phone rings. The Zillow tech department said they are uninterested in fixing the problem. Some Android phones with some carriers do OK, but 2 of mine with T Mobile can't use their "enhanced calling" feature.
