keeps closing as soon as I open. have uninstalled, reinstalled but keeps closing immediately. use to work fine, and then did not. i can access on browser, but not in actual app. no one seems to have an answer! the app is horrible. continplating leaving the bank all together. i have 5 accts with trunorth, or whatever it's name is this week. changes often!!

App rarely functions correctly. Constant difficulty logging in. Two factor authentication implementation almost never functions correctly and inherently provides little to no added security (because it has to go through your phone number). Fingerprint login still requires burdensome 2FA even though fingerprint login is FIPS compliant, inherently two factor, and significantly more secure than what the app forces you to use.

The app suddenly stopped working on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone several times. I hit the icon, the screen goes dark for a second, then the app crashes.
