Ratings and reviews

Ugh this app could be so convenient if they cared to make it good. The messages are completely unreliable. Sometimes it tells you, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the message goes through, sometimes it doesn't. From sitters, I've been told that my welcome guide just doesn't even show up or it's loading incorrectly. Most recently, it completely deleted my about me section and I have to redo this entirely on my computer. I saved it twice and both times it went back to "hi."

Love THS, not the app! Fixing these two issues would make the app much easier and more pleasant to use. 1. When typing a message, the keyboard covers the message box, so I can't see what I'm writing. 2. When filtering sits, the "includes a car" option is hidden and not accessible for filtering like it is on iOS. Also, adding the ability to update saved searches would be helpful. Currently a user has to delete the saved search and replicate it to change one detail like dates.

Great idea; difficult to use (Android user here). Anytime you need to send a message, the text box disappears. I often type my message out in another app and then copy/paste it into TH, then I have to push back out of the message, reopen it, paste and then I can see the button to push send. It's ridiculous. Other functionality could be improved (saved searches don't work very well, it's difficult to search on a map view, and the whole app seems to glitch and freeze a lot).
