I find this useful to view my energy use, it can handle the fact I have no gas supply, it shows me my electricity use quickly (e.g. I can see more recent data than the Octopus app). On the downside, it doesn't have the EV tariff I'm on - but even more useless than that - it won't let me set up my tariff! They know they don't have all the tariffs and hence should let us put our own in!

Initially, I gave this app 1 star because, despite many attempts, I was unable to create an account. The team responded, advising me to clear my browser cache and try again. It still took a couple of tries, but I did eventually manage to sign in. My thanks to the loop home team. I can't comment on the performance of the app just yet as it apparently takes 24 hours to update all the data from my meter.

I have been using this app for a few years now and all had been fine until they changed platform. It no longer reads my meter or provides any usage information, apart from an occasional random gas usage reading showing an extreme amount of gas usage for the day. Customer support aware of situation but cannot or are unwilling to fix it at the moment. The only reason I have given 2 stars is because customer support are quick to respond.
