This app dashboard give wrong rating at time i feel. The survey review doesnt show up in the dashboard for weeks, some social media review like mmt, holiday iq do not get added to the review. Should not take more than 48 hours for review to reflect in dashboard. Review of 30/31of each month should be added with in 24 hours as hotels can then judge their performance on real time and they should not get accounted for the next month. This is so important to get the month data immediately also most important ytd rating cause review of last day of the year should reflect asap as hotels get their position immediately
Takes ages to load on Android... User reviews sometimes do not load up and the app stops responding... This bug has been there for quite sometime now. No change even when users highlighted the same issue in the past
Survey reviews do not show up. Only social media reviews get updated. Very frustrating and not user friendly at all.
In survey card there is no details of room number, checkin date e, nationality etc. Which is a pity. Also no tool to analyze survey scores and nps
