This app dashboard give wrong rating at time i feel. The survey review doesnt show up in the dashboard for weeks, some social media review like mmt, holiday iq do not get added to the review. Should not take more than 48 hours for review to reflect in dashboard. Review of 30/31of each month should be added with in 24 hours as hotels can then judge their performance on real time and they should not get accounted for the next month. This is so important to get the month data immediately also most important ytd rating cause review of last day of the year should reflect asap as hotels get their position immediately
Takes ages to load on Android... User reviews sometimes do not load up and the app stops responding... This bug has been there for quite sometime now. No change even when users highlighted the same issue in the past
Dashboard seems to be crashing constantly, something went terribly wrong and refers to my internet connection. However, I can Reed user reviews, but nothing more. Very disappointing seeing this is a tool to rate hotel and department performance.
App just constantly crashes now. Every few minutes it comes up with the "not responding" Android message even when the app is closed. I have now uninstalled. Very disappointing
