Just had the heater installed today. Works great so far, however, the app leaves some to be desired. I would have thought away vacation mode would have been accessible from the app. Just seems really empty app. I'm not even sure if I'd get notification on my phone if there was a problem like a leak or something. 3 stars cause I like the heater so far.

Waterheater is great. Endless hot water. Looks like engineers where able to get the cloud connected and the app works great now. Trutankless is a great company. Had some connection issues, but Trutankless worked the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend Trutankless

This app is not functional. Will not change temp in single degrees of temp or retain the temp set when the app is reopened. Too bad for an otherwise good product.
