Can't easily delete account after deciding there were too many bugs to deal with! (More below) I got connection errors at multiple points, some would give me a repetitive error message, other times it would just sit on a spinning circle for 5+ minutes until I got frustrated and backed out. The focus of this app seems to be your typical fad diets and weight tracking, which is fine but it doesn't address any of the medical things I was hoping to track (like attending to a diet for gallstones) The goal setting is incredibly rigid. There's no "build up to 10 glasses of water a day" it's all or nothing, and I couldn't find an obvious way to add your own goals. The location feature seems busted, it wouldn't allow me to put what state I was in. Which made the find a doctor or gym feature meaningless and broken. It couldn't connect to my Samsung health account, continued to give errors. You can't add food to the diet tracking?? It only let me search for things. The final straw was when I decided it wasn't for me there was no option anywhere to delete the account. The privacy policies state to "contact us to remove your personal data" so now I'm having to go through the help desk to make sure it gets taken off? Very frustrating.

Absolutely terrible experience with this wellness app.My office sponsored a free health checkup through this platform, but the entire process was a complete mess. I booked the appointment for a morning sample collection, waited the whole day, and no one showed up. There was no update, no confirmation, and no contact details shared for the sample collection staff.Apparently, someone tried calling just a few minutes before the scheduled time --which is completely unprofessional and not acceptabl

App service is very bad, so I couldn't place order at any location it was giving technical issue,also I used all my company points and they kept it on hold for some nonsense reason and not even giving back my points not even helping me to place order multiple times connected to support chat and emailed they are just giving some unneealted statement and escaping.
