the communication with the dispatchers on this app is very disappointing. and once I was able to find an email to communicate my frustration, instead of asking questions about my frustration, they were more concerned on how I got there email. I placed a bid for a load and 22hrs later it's still pending. I sent multiple emails to the dispatcher attached to that load and still no response. b4 placing a bid you don't have the ability to ask questions. once the bid is pending is when that op
