Authentication – You are authenticated for every interaction with Mobile Banking.
Encryption – We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all transactions.
Fraud Detection – We incorporate mechanisms such as transaction validation and transaction reconciliation processes to detect fraud.
Audit Ability – We provide full audit capabilities through event logs and event-based reporting.
No Identifiable Information - We don’t save any files with your personal or financial information on your phone. That information stays strictly within online banking.

TSB Mobile Banking is available to Territorial Savings Bank customers that qualify for TSB Consumer Online Banking. The TSB Mobile Banking app is available at no charge. Your mobile phone service provider may charge for text messages and/or web access. Please check your plan for details. Carrier plan may limit access outside the US. The Bank cannot be held responsible for the availability or speed of your mobile phone service provider’s network. Mobile network or WIFI connection required.

Needs another update. When I initially try to use the app, it will show the notice that I dont have network connectivity. Then I'll close the app and open it again and only then it will finally work, I have to do this every time I want to use it. I know for a fact that I do have connectivity, good reception and am also using wifi and that this isn't an issue of trying to use it while they're doing "maintenance".
