QuickBooks Workforce —an app for QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)—lets employers and their teams track time in one place.

What your team can do:
• Clock in and out, even without Wi-Fi or service
• Submit and track paid time off, sick days, and holidays

Ratings and reviews

Clocking in and clocking out has completely failed. at first I would get an error saying it could not sync my data and I had to refresh. I would do this and then I could clock in/out. Then I started having to sync manually. Now not even reinstalling the app will let me clock out. AND like most apps these days, the app is just a glorified web browser. I figured out that I can just go to a computer, log in via browser, and after some more shenanigans, clock out.

If you are experiencing trouble with your QuickBooks workforce, this helped me go to help icon in the right upper hand corner of your QuickBooks time account on your desktop then click contact us and provide some details click on let's talk then lastly, select get a call back. They called back in 15 minutes and stayed on the phone with me till they had everything fixed. wonderful service from the person I talked to. I had been having trouble since the last update and am thoroughly satisfied.

Worked great prior to the latest update and UI change. Now I'm unable to switch jobs without having to manually clock out and clock in. Class search only provides results for the exact category and not the subcategory. You can no longer type notes as a list you must type in one long continuous sentence. Overall it's less efficient and less convenient than it's previous version.
