QuickBooks Workforce—an app for QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets)—lets teams view pay info and track time in one place.

Pay features are available to businesses that use QuickBooks Online Payroll & QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Time tracking features are available to businesses that use QuickBooks Time.

What your team can do:

Great app! Great design, very convenient and I absolutely love how it gives you options based on recent activity. If I fail to clock out when I leave, it somehow Knows my activity and gives me a chance to clock out when I should have. I love how quick it tells me when I'm being paid too! All around, everything I've needed, it's had. I'd give this app 6 stars if I could.

Never had "remember selections" turned on. Yet, it's always remembering selections. Oo! Got a reply - well here's a response. Used the app for half a decade. The setting has never been turned on always "greyed out." Phone has been restarted, I've logged out/logged in, shaken it, blown into the cartridge.. still remembers selections. Didn't use the app for 2 months, logged in, & selections from two months prior are remembered. Less time towards replying to reviews. More time to the programmers.

App constantly freezes or just doesn't do what I need it to. EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app and touch View for ALL PAYCHECKS, I get an error that says "unable to display information". I have to go back to the previous screen, hit View again and SOMETIMES it works. Another thing that is quite annoying, is that in order to see all details of past paychecks, the paycheck has to be downloaded. When I first stared using this app, you didn't have to do that.
