Ratings and reviews

When bills are paid, the correct balance is never shown. Instead, it's stuck displaying the previous balance which is frustrating. I dislike having to call the call center again and again. I also dislike having to enter my details to log in every time I open the app. No matter what I do, it never saves. For the leading company in Telecommunications for T&T, y'all should do better for improving this app... HIRE BETTER DEVELOPERS

This app continues to fall apart. First, it stops loading. You clear cache and data. Then it's trouble to load. Eventually, it loads but there's trouble log in. You restart your phone, you finally get to log in, then BOOM! You can't process any transactions. Then your banking info is "wrong" despite it being the only card you've used from the beginning. Tell me how can this get any worse?

Please do something about your service. I've been trying to cancel the auto renew on the 7 day plan and it never went through. However when I purchased the 30 day plan for $239 through the app it also never went though because the 7 day plan was autorenewed. I'm really annoyed by it. Fix it. It's more than a month now things not working with bmobile. Can't even get to read the notifications properly on the app. Steups.
