I can't make transferâno item in cart. This happens every time, so I have to beg the bus driver to please let me on. This holds up the line boarding the bus, and is embarrassing to me. I have searched and not found anything helpful to fix the problem. And looking at the reviews, lots of people have this problem. Lynx needs to assign an high-level employee who will authorize and expedite repairs to the app.

App works slow. Its annoying to have search through the entire list of routes which makes boarding complicated and time consuming. Why not just have a qr code to recognize purchase? Keep it simple!!! The star rating is due to my tickets not showing up in the app after downloading the app in my new phone. They told me I had to manually swap my tickets. I keep getting an error message and cant swap my passes . đ¤Żđ¤

Every time I go to get my transfer it ALWAYS gives me the "no items in cart" error. Y'all need to fix this app and your bus system because it's literally the worst! Having to get up 4 hours before my shift to catch a bus because y'all can't run efficiently or on time is ridiculous! Most horrible service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing!!
