With the OmniRide OmniPay ticketing app, you can buy and use tickets and passes on OmniRide buses at anytime, anywhere directly from your smartphone. Just download the free app, register your debit/credit card in our secure system, and you are ready to go. OmniRide OmniPay will eventually also allow you to use your WMATA SmartBenefits® account to purchase tickets and passes.

Ratings and reviews

Train your people better or fix your app. I've reported numerous times I've installed the app yet camera doesn't work on Note10+. Then I get the third degree from the bus that they can't accept a blank picture even though my ticket is clearly showing and I'll even step through opening the app from scratch with them.

This has been a frustrating experience. I had to jump through hoops to set an account up and get this app to take $265. all for it not to recognize my credentials in the end and for the customer service number to be for a public transportation company in Memphis. I need my money back, please reach out.

Unusable app. It was often in a endless loop of loading. Barely ever worked.
