Updated review: developers provided excellent support in setting up admin rights and providing insight into the "Link experience". A definite bonus is having access to one's local municipality to log errors of local services that need attending to. Looking forward to seeing where this app goes to next. Original review: I've created my channel for my local CPF and received that it is activated but cannot find it in the app itself. Great idea. Poorly executed so far. Has plenty potential. Since I've downloaded this app there been problem's with resubmitting complaints. Its frustrating because you get notifications that the problems have been solved in your ward when infact you know this is not the case.
Even switching off all notifications in the settings don't work- you still get them, every day; the lack of control over this is incredibly annoying. Edit: Notifications are switched off under the app settings. If this doesn't stop the notifications then what is the point of this setting??? If this doesn't affect channel notifications then this needs to be made clear in the settings.
