VERY DEEPLY REGRET TO SAY THIS IS A DISGRACE TO THE TATA BRAND WE ALL KNOW n trust. I'm myself a proud TATA employee, but totally this kind of practice must be made aware. Firstly, what you see is NOT what you get. Typically one you add the item to the cart, the price may change. But the most unfair part is you'll see an invoiced price (shipping will say Rs.0), suddenly the price changes during payment. Unless you review the total carefully, you'll end up paying more. WHY??? SO BEWARE

One of the Pathetic ecommerce app that has been spoiling the TATA brand. Shop anything... it's cheap and you won't find it cheaper anywhere else. But there is a catch ... you will never get the products delivered. After few weeks of chaser they will deduct the platform fees and refund the balance. So you end up spending a lot of time chasing the delivery, and paying platform fees for nothing. So use this app only if you want to fund platform running cost with no return expectations.

I ordered for the first time from this app, and delivery was not even attempted. Instead, it was automatically marked as cancelled without any request from my end. Even worse, no refund has been received yet. When I tried to contact customer support, I was left waiting indefinitely with no response and no one picking up my call. This has been the worst experience. I strongly advise others not to use this app for online shopping, as they offer no customer support whatsoever.
