VERY DEEPLY REGRET TO SAY THIS IS A DISGRACE TO THE TATA BRAND WE ALL KNOW n trust. I'm myself a proud TATA employee, but totally this kind of practice must be made aware. Firstly, what you see is NOT what you get. Typically one you add the item to the cart, the price may change. But the most unfair part is you'll see an invoiced price (shipping will say Rs.0), suddenly the price changes during payment. Unless you review the total carefully, you'll end up paying more. WHY??? SO BEWARE

I have recently placed an order through tata cliq app and it was a prepaid order. I was able to use Track Order button where i could see status but after few hours TRACK ORDER button was not highlighting meaning i was not able to track the order. This was non returnable product and there should always be a track order button. I have checked from web browser using laptop but no use. Strange thing happened is when i cancelled it then that track order button got highlighted with all the status.

Addition to review: Logging in is still the most difficult thing on Tata Cliq. When I'm using the app, I don't think I should have to log in repeatedly. The app should recognise the user. The site has been hanging repeatedly at checkout -- could be the extra holiday traffic, perhaps? Other than the login experience -- repeatedly asked for OTP -- and the need for some more filters, the app is now very good. The selection and filters have really improved since I first downloaded the app.
