Ratings and reviews

Paid for a month prepaid on the website. I receive my sim card. I plug it in and install this app per instructed. I follow the instruction to try to register my number. Oh wait no such option, Instead of automatically registering me into the number I PAID. The wizard register me into a new number. There were no way to register to the paid num. The automated customer service chat was pointless as usual, and offer no solution. I requested a call from a human customer support. Nobody called me. 🙄

Suck! Previously each month i use unlimited internet and calls for RM 48 and dont have any problem with my data..BUT now even you buy UNLIMITED pack, before 1 month the data change to basic data!! 😠😠😠😠😠TUNE TALK become worse and worse!

Why is the tunetalk service so bad now, it's the third week of complaints but the problem is still the same... the internet is very unstable, the network is very bad... Unlimited data but there is a data limit...
