I bought a plan for a month, I thought it would be useful but the line is still slow, I want to use it for work, watching YouTube, playing games, the line is not fast, but at first I bought TuneTalk it was very fast, but now it's not

Basic Internet cannot use This month I only need data for a few days so I don't subscribe to the plan but buy daily data, and it's very slow and I can't even pay parking on Flexi parking apps, even even open Tune Talk app itself takes much of the time

Unable to port in via app. Very lag in term of response. I want to keep the same number but was ask repeatedly to choose new one. Wait forever for otp but none arrive to my number Please fix the problem
