Ratings and reviews

Very basic application / site ie. : Historique does not work you can't see anything. Put an option that showing the active games or abonnement + possibilities to cancel them. you keep sending messages (thought we send stop all) and offers for games that get activated by mistake and you keep taking money daily and when we try to cancel it it does not work though you send an sms confirming the cancelation but next day you again debit the solde 😕 no quality control 😡

Your app is great. But stop forcing us to update regularly. It's start getting annoying. For that reason I retrieved you 1 star and the second star is about not being able to activate my internet package before I finished the current one. And to be able to renew my internet package I have to be online. That's nonsense to me! Hope to hear from you soon.

Decent app, does the job. I've been paying bills and managing my sim card using it. I just wish i could use some features offline. For example, buying some internet data using the sim card's credit can (must) work offline.. You can't ask us to connect when we can't since we're literally trying to buy some data. It also seems like it takes ages to load. Edit: Ok I had to come back to tell u how annoyingly frequent the updates are and I can't even use the app without the update. Very inconvenient
