So far so good! This is the best VPN. Works great on android nougat. I've tried many others and most of the time they didn't connect properly and leaked DNS and IP address. This one has worked flawlessly so I bought a subscription for a year. I wish it would turn on automatically with trusted networks, be great for when I leave the house. I love it and really hope that this one bears up!

Great App! No fussy settings, turn it on and go. For awhile this app was not working for me, uninstalled and tested Hola! It seemed too good to be true! Then I noticed the yuge! Battery drain. Then I started to ask questions and saw Hola actually uses your phones data to stream to everyone else, even with it turned off, yikes. So back to the bear which seems to be working great again, fingers crossed. Automaticc subscription renewal without a notice is obnoxious.

Note-my actual rating is a 4.4 I've been using the Bear for a couple of years; most of that time has been subscription. It's a great, and easy to use app. I originally got it after reading a review that stated TB does not store any user data, and that's important to me. I hope that is still the case? My only complaints are minor bug issues and the monthly cost. My Netflix subscription is less expensive! All things considered, it really is a great VPN!
It would be great if I get a reply ASAP. I jusy wanna ask. Will buying upgrades increase the speed of my internet? Coz right now Im stuck at 2mbps. And will it also remove the cap limit I have from my provider. Pls reply.

Works well, but why does this app run at start up, and why does it constantly say failure to connect when device is rebooted? I don't like that very much. Adds lots of suspiciousness to the app. If I didn't open the app? No reason for it to try and connect to a server for any reason. Possibly going to uninstall. A response would be appreciated. Thx in advance.

This app literally bricks my phone upon starting. Neither the touch nor the buttons work when I start it. I have to pull out battery to restore function. How do you even manage to do that?

Rawr! All TunnelBear plans, free and paid, have the same performance levels.The difference is that the free plan offers up to 1.5GB of free data, whilst with the paid plan you have unlimited tunneling data. TunnelBear is not a way to bypass your provider. The data allowance is the amount of data that can be passed through our VPN servers. Rawr! That doesn't sound right! Can you get in touch with our support bears at tunnelbear.com/support - we'd like to look into this issue further! Im a dumb person an I can use it, very simplistic. Also this company has amazing customer service. I was having a subscription error (my fault) and they solved my problem very quickly and professionaly.
Very user friendly, easy to use, and a great VPN, works for everything I need it to. Great job Tunnelbear!
Easy to use. Works well especially over WiFi. Have been using it for about a week on my desktop, tablet and phone. I took a subscription for a year. At this time, I think it is likely to become a permanent fixture in my digital life. I chose tunnel bear VPN mainly because of the added privacy and security.
I have Giant TunnelBear and I love it. I rarely have trouble with connecting to the internet. Since I've upgraded to Giant TunnelBear I enjoy unlimited data. I had to work for it on Twitter, who ran me around a bit , but it was worth it in the end.
Couldn't change regions in my app store. Thanks for the speedy response. You guys are alright. Please try to fix this issue.

Sorry for the trouble getting things from the Playstore. Unfortunately, Google sometimes ties your location to your credit card information or other account details, so the IP you come from does not seem to make a difference. Unfortunately, we have no way around this at this time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Was loving this app but over the last month or so it started struggling to connect to public wifi which is the main reason I wanted it. It also seems significantly slower than when I first started using it.

Fast and simple. Only thing is if you leave it on it will run your battery down a bit faster than normal.
It's simple. It works. And it has bears. What more can you ask for?
Easy and simple to use. Will mess with Maps, Tinder, or other GPS based Apps, but it's easy to turn it off and on as you need
I'm living in Japan right now and this app helps me access things back in the U.S. I use it on my phone and computer, bought the yearly subscription.
I needed something easy to use and not "hounding" me. This was simple to use & provided me with the protection I wanted. The 500 mb worked well as I was gone for 3 days and still have 300 mb left for the month. Did everything I needed it to do. Thank you!
If you aren't great with "the internet" and want privacy this is for you. And if you get the finer details you'll love this service.

I love the concept and UI where VPN don't have to be boring anymore. Not go mention yhe core service ay its heart id alrd so smooth
Internet blocks are stupid, VPNs shouldn't exist. But blocks do exists and I'm elated VPNs exist to circumnavigate that problem
Can you help me pls Every time i try to log in it says error connecting to serve..
It won't let me connect. It tries to connect for awhile, and it doesn't. It then tells me to restart it and that doesn't do anything.

Please add Korea (Seoul) because it is the reason I use the app regularly. I usually stream Korean movies. ㅣ Thank you! I will look forward to it :)

All this survailance and websites that require u to be in a certain country this is great
Its good, I've never gotten it to work on data and doesn't always auto connect. Otherwise simple and easy to use.
