Have on Note8 & Chromebk--utilized "free" data offers (Twitter Mentions), which were generous enough 4 me to try for a solid x2wks. I LOVE it. SIMPLE UI easy-to-follow FAQ's/Troubleshooting. The Dev's also respond when emailed a Q'tion. All these POSITIVES led me to purchase an annual subscription ;D Also gifting family 4 Christmas a subscription 👍
Amazing. You have a limited allotment (500 MB a month or 5 GB if you sign up via a link from a partner website like TechRadar), so not to be used for everything necessarily, but simple to use and effective. You can upgrade to unlimited, but the free version is still fantastic. Has a ton of extra features, too, like the ability to encrypt your activity or only use the VPN on certain apps, and is available on several platforms, so you can use it for almost any device, including a computer. Can't thank you enough for all you're doing, TunnelBear! 🐻
Very simple & easy to use. I have the Giant Bear with unlimited data. Sometimes it seems a little slow to connect and I have to wait about 30-45 seconds, but I think that is because I have a lot of apps & not too much memory left, but I'm working on that. I love the app & especially the Split Bear feature and the fact that when I use it, it truly does keep my location private. I have tested that by seeing what several IP address sites show for my address under Tunnel Bear vs. when not under Tunnel Bear. A very, very nice app. Thank you, developers. As a former programmer, I really appreciate your work.
Its a great. Its trustworthy. Be careful most free vpn suck and don't protect you! But this is one and a few others are good/trustworthy (read it online in a trustworthy site/source). It has good features. However, i give this 3 stars. At first, it connected my fairly easily but now, it just crashes. "I cannot dig a tunnel". Connection errors! In some public wifis. Please help! Would change to 5, if it wasn't for this.
Cute & practical. Used for mainland China. Had some issues using on different devices and a few connectivity issues which I believe were related to the data network rather than the product. honestly probably would have used anyway because of the cute factor, but it's a very easy and I expensive way to stay protected and connected while abroad.
I just installed and I have several issues. 1/ it only allows you to select the Country, not the City. 2/ it breaks/cannot be used with my old VPN. 3/ it takes a LONG TIME to connect, and 4/ the VPN kill switch (VigilantBear) does not seem to work on Winderz10. Throughput is good though
